I ordered thresr.chicken sausages with a steak order, trialing something a bit leaner. These sausages are awesome really nice. They thick, juicy and tasty as close to sausage as chicken can get. I'll be ordering more of these

Goose was delivered promptly, on time and was excellently packed with chiller bags. Instructions for cooking were followed and were successful. Goose is a fine alternative to turkey and recommended! Carcass was boiled-down over 6-hours with veg and stock and then liquidised to make a copious amount of fine soup. Nothing was wasted, not even the bones!
